  • I try to eat a balanced diet with lots of protein like oily fish. I’ve been fine eating carbs. I tried going vegan, but it didn’t make a difference for me!
  • I drink lots of water. Dehydration is reeeeally bad for my skin!
  • My skin gets way worse if I’m stressed. I try to keep calm and do some mindfulness

  • Experiment and try different types of activities/ exercise, figure out what works for you and listen to your body – everyone is different. If it’s too difficult or you don’t enjoy it, you won’t stick with it
  • My flares have always been worse when it’s hot. I do my best to keep cool, especially at night. I never have properly hot showers anymore even though I’d love to. I stay out of the sun in the summer
